Level One

This program is for students of the nursery to grade 2 for whom we have prepared a scientifically designed curriculum based on fundamental skills of life. Locomotor skills are key lessons the students of this age group learn — walking, galloping, jumping, hopping, side-sliding, leaping and skipping. They also practice manipulative skills such as throwing, lifting, bouncing, catching, etc., and non-manipulative skills like bending, curling, holding, pulling, pushing, stretching, etc.

Level Two

This level is designed for students between grade three to five. Through games such as Kabaddi and Kho Kho, students naturally learn teamwork, cooperation, and endurance. These activities help build stamina which plays a vital role in their future training and fitness.

Level Three

This level is tailored for students between grade six to twelve. Students undergo skill training, technical training, and tactical training. At this stage, students are also provided membership according to their specialized disciplines, focusing on mastery and competition.
