Sporting activities develop a strong character of the students imbibing the qualities of leadership, sportsmanship, competitiveness, perseverance, team spirit, and discipline. The characters get noticed by carrying out assessment program.

‘Sportsfirst’ undertake two types of assessment, fitness assessment, and skill assessment.

Fitness assessment program

We consider the parameters like speed, strength, stamina, flexibility etc under this program. Students in the junior levels are part of light fitness tests and those from the higher classes are part of intense training tests.

Skill assessment program

This program is purely based on sports skills like jumping, landing, kicking, stopping, hitting, volleying, shooting, dribbling etc. Similar to fitness assessment session students in the junior levels are part of light skill tests. Whereas, students from the higher classes are part of intense skill tests.

FITNESS TESTS

Our fitness assessment sessions comprise of highly systematic and well balanced fitness test programs. Students in the junior levels will have to be part of light fitness tests. Whereas, students from the higher classes will be part of intense fitness training tests.

RESULTS

We not only make room for periodic fitness tests but also provide results which help the students to come to realize where they stand in terms of their fitness level.
